Retirees Become More Conservative, Frugal

Retirees Become More Conservative, Frugal
By Donna J. Jodhan

For those who retired before the recession struck, it may be a bit more difficult for them to protect nest eggs but for those who are still in the work force; it may be a bit better for them because they may probably have more time to boost theirs.  For both groups, the recession has hit extremely hard; both financially and career wise.  No one really knows how things are going to turn out for these two groups but experts are saying that these are the people who are destined to suffer the most.

Retirees have to ensure that they have enough funds to meet their needs; health care, and continuing to live comfortably while aging baby boomers also known as the sandwich generation have to ensure that they have enough money to look after elderly parents as well as their own kids.  A very tough situation ad the best of times.  Because of this, retirees are naturally going to become more conservative when it comes to their spending habits and who can blame them.

This is a picture that we all need to become more familiar with and I am going to leave you with a very insightful article to check out.  Please see below.

A whisper in your ear

Hello there!  I'm Jeff N Marquis at the business desk and today I would like to share a very interesting article with you.  One that focuses on whether or not disabled persons are being shut out of websites that offer entertainment.  I'm going to let you be the judge of this and I am going to share a point of view from across the pond.
I would love to hear from you.  Please send your feedback to us at info@sterlingcreations.com.
I wish you a great weekend.

A whisper in your ear

By Geoff Adams-Spink
BBC News, July 16, 2009

An erotic audio site is marketing itself to blind and visually-impaired
people. But have disabled people been excluded from the world of "adult"
entertainment?

Lud Romano - who runs an internet communications business - was on holiday
in South Africa with his partner when they discovered erotic audiobooks on
iTunes.

They found the idea of a single voice reading aloud to be a little "empty".

It is the erotic that helps us to feel alive, real, included, and disabled
people have so much to offer the world of the erotic and the adult - Mat
Fraser Actor

"If you're going to get an erotic charge from that, you have to do a lot of
work yourself," he says.

He decided there and then to commission a series of short radio dramas which
would be made available from a website.

The original target audience for Clickforeplay was sexually confident,
upwardly-mobile young women - the sort of people who felt comfortable about
buying erotic fiction from a High Street bookshop or browsing the more
female-friendly "adult" shops.

The 12-minute chunks of audio sold, but not in vast numbers.

"They [the plays] weren't costing anything, neither were they earning
anything," said Mr Romano.

After a failed attempt at the "soft porn" market - "people wanted it a lot
harder than we could ever achieve in the audio domain" - he looked at what
was available for blind and partially-sighted people.

Erotic audiobooks

He was surprised to discover how under-served the market was in terms of
adult material.

This is not to suggest that there is nothing "out there" for people who do
not have access to standard print or video

For instance, the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB) has
erotic fiction in its audiobook library, as any mainstream library might
have.

Many people view mainstream pornography as exploitative

And general audiobook companies have sections dedicated to erotica which can
run to 200 or so titles.

But one of the few dedicated erotic offerings for blind people that Mr
Romano could find was a website containing an archive of audio recordings of
American volunteers describing what they could see while watching hardcore
pornography clips.

A brief listen to a couple of the audio files at the site is probably enough
to convince most people to entertain themselves with something a little more
improving. Deadpan, monotone descriptions of mainstream porn might even seem
to the casual surfer like some sort of prank.

"It's just so bad, it's ridiculous," Mr Romano says.

His approach has been to get beyond what he describes as the "bored
housewife meets young pool cleaner" type plot and to aim for something that
will appeal to more sophisticated tastes.

He has a group of three writers who are simply told to "write naughty
stories".

The plays are then recorded in a suite of rooms in north London "as live".

There are erotic audio sites but few are marketed at blind people

"It's not actors gathered around a microphone - they really act this,
dynamically."

For those who worry about the exploitative nature of pornography, it might
be reassuring to know that Mr Romano's actors do, of course, keep their
clothes on.

Each drama has a setting that is "ripe for erotic development", according to
Mr Romano.

One concerns the interaction between an artist, his female assistant and a
nude female model.

Another is set in a laboratory in which two male scientists accidently
discover a powerful aphrodisiac which their female boss insists upon trying.
Unfortunately, she uses all of it before they can analyse it and produce
another batch.

Each drama costs around £2,500 to produce.

Mr Romano's firm has signed a deal with a company which gives text-to-speech
output from webpages and magnifies the text as well.

Society's reluctance

And while some people may disapprove of the enterprise as just another
example of the internet being used to disseminate sexual content, it will be
welcomed by those disability rights activists who believe the exclusion of
disabled people from the sexual arena mirrors their marginalisation in other
areas of life.

Writer and performer, Mat Fraser, says that making adult material available
to disabled people is an intrinsic part of inclusion.

"It is the erotic that helps us to feel alive, real, included, and disabled
people have so much to offer the world of the erotic and the adult," he
said.

Society's reluctance to accept disabled people's sexuality is perhaps based
on a deep-rooted but unspoken belief that they should not reproduce.

Many disabled people feel excluded from the world of 'adult' entertainment

This is a prejudice that is being challenged by activists, artists and
writers, like Penny Pepper - a writer of erotic fiction that includes
disabled characters.

"We are tired of being nannied and denied the rights to sexual expression
that non-disabled people take for granted - so on that level, at least, we
should fight for equal access to view and enjoy such material," she says.

Certainly, the RNIB makes sure that a wide range of tastes is catered for
when choosing material for its Talking Book library.

The library's manager, Pat Beach, says the main problem is access to printed
material per se - less than 5% of books published in the UK ever appear in
large print, audio or Braille.

"We do not act as a censor - erotic fiction can be found on our shelves just
as it is in a public library or a bookshop," he says.

Others believe that - because disabled people can experience difficulty in
forming intimate relationships - accessing erotica and adult entertainment
can provide an alternative outlet.

"As part of the wider campaign for barrier removal, it is really important
also to remove barriers to erotica and sexual expression for disabled
people," says disabled academic, Tom Shakespeare.

Mr Romano has already begun discussions with the RNIB, hoping to find an
avenue to make more blind people aware of his product.

How the Internet can replace your financial adviser - Ecademy

How the Internet can replace your financial adviser - Ecademy
By Donna J. Jodhan

There is no denying that the Internet has managed to open up oodles of doors to information for many; but when it comes to finding information on financial matters, this could not be more true.  Especially so for matters pertaining to money related questions and research on financial products and services.  Whereas up until the last five years or so we had to depend on  financial institutions and our independent investors to provide us with requested information, now we the individual can use the Internet to gather information.

What does this change mean for us all?  In so many words; more independence to gather our own information and make our financial decisions more independently.  In addition, we can now make them at our own convenience, and do our research on our time.  Above all, we can even implement our decisions online without having to wait and depend on our financial advisers to help us.  More of our financial destiny has now been placed in our hands.

All of this can be seen as a double edged sword.  For those who are willing to research, learn, and understand; this is great news but for those who are inclined to make brash and rash decisions, this may not be so good after all.  In either case, this newly found ability to research and implement may not be  very good news for both financial institutions and independent investors alike.  This picture and changing landscape is definitely here to stay and it is now up to us to adjust to it and use it to our advantage no matter what.  The Internet has now become our new financial advisor.

I am going to leave you with a really great reference to review.  One that will show you how to use the Internet as your new financial adviser.  Please see below.

Watercooler » Job, career sites for workers over 50 - Salt Lake ...
By Donna J. Jodhan

Are you over 50 and now find yourself wanting to change both job and career?  Not sure where to look or how to go about doing it?  Are you finding that it is becoming easier for you to grab the brass ring of job and career opportunity due to higher turnover in the workplace plus more and more aging baby boomers exiting the work force?  There is one thing for sure:  The changing of jobs and careers is definitely going to become more and more common place with time.

For those over 50 persons, this picture is definitely going to improve for at least the next few decades.  In days gone by, this was definitely the case and for this age group in particular the picture was an extremely tight one when it came to choice of job and career at the beginning of their working days.  The choices were simply not there for this age group and was like this up until fairly recently; but things have changed and trends are now starting to swing in the opposite direction.

Great news for job hunters who are in the over 50 age group.  If this group had been told about five years ago that they would be able to change jobs and careers more freely as of now, many of them would probably have laughed it off as a sick joke.  This is no joke.  This trend is real and is growing and anyone over 50 contemplating a change in either job or career should look into this more closely.

I am going to leave you with a great reference to investigate and explore.  One that has some very fluid leads for you to read about.  Please see below.

Spine surgery, sham surgery have same results: study...

Hello there!  I'm Jeff N Marquis at the business desk and today I would like to share a very intriguing article with you.  One that centers around spine surgery and the results of a recent study.  This does indeed make for very interesting discussion and I hope that you take the time to have a quick read.
I wish you a great weekend.

Spine surgery, sham surgery have same results: study

Edmonton Journal, Aug. 8, 2009

A common spine operation for relieving back pain is no more effective than
make-believe surgery, two teams reported in the New England Journal of
Medicine.

The technique, called vertebroplasty, involves injecting medical cement into
a fractured spine bone to strengthen it. More than 38,000 such procedures
are done in the United States every year and the number has been
increasingly rapidly, nearly doubling from 2001 to 2005.

"We had hoped this treatment might get the pain better quicker, but we
couldn't demonstrate that," said Rachelle Buchbinder of Monash University in
Malvern, Australia, whose group found that 36 volunteers who received sham
surgery did just as well as 35 who got the real operation.

A separate test, of 131 people at 11 medical centres and led by Dr. David
Kallmes of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, also found that sham
surgery produced a comparable degree of pain reduction and movement.

"We aren't saying the vertebroplasty doesn't work, because it somehow does,"
Kallmes said in a statement.

"But both sets of patients experienced significant improvements in pain and
function a month following the procedure. Improvements may be the result of
local anesthesia, sedation, patient expectations, or other factors," he
said.

"The results may change vertebroplasty from a procedure that is virtually
always considered to be successful to one that is considered no better than
placebo," Dr. James Weinstein of Dartmouth Medical School in New Hampshire
wrote in a commentary.

The findings may seem to be bad news for patients looking for faster relief,
said Buchbinder. "The important thing to note is that both treatment groups
improved over time. I tell my patients, 'Yes it's terrible pain, but the
pain does improve with time.'People can get better relatively quickly or it
may take many months, but eventually the pain does get better whatever you
do," she said.

Compression fractures are a significant health problem, particularly among
older people.

Seeking A New Job While Currently Employed : Tiptoeing Through the ...
By Donna J. Jodhan

Seeking a new job while presently employed could prove to be a very delicate balancing act but what if you were to be given some very helpful tips?  What if I were able to point you in the right direction, would you then have the confidence to try it out?  We all know that most employers frown on employees who take that bold step to job search while working for them and rightfully so.

Most employers absolutely detest those employees who job search during company time but trust me when I tell you that there are ways to get around this situation and at the same time stay out of your employer's dog house.  No, I am not talking about sneaking around to do it.  No, I am not talking about taking time off to do it.  No, I am not talking about calling in sick in order to do it.  I am talking about:  Never tell or let on to your boss that you are seeking other job opportunities.  Keep your job search under wraps for face it!  You cannot expect to have it both ways.

No employer would be happy with you if they were to learn that you were seeking job opportunities outside the company for if they were to discover this then their minds would be filled with questions such as these:  Why are you not happy with your present job?  How long have you been unhappy or dissatisfied with your present job?  How loyal can you be to your present employer if you are seeking new job opportunities?  How hard are you really working at the present time given your job searching activities?

I am going to leave you with a really interesting reference to read.  one that gives you some very potent tips.  Please see below.

Britain says facing growing cyber security threat

Britain says facing growing cyber security threat
By Donna J. Jodhan

This is nothing new and it would really be in everyone's best interest to take note.  I am referring to the growth of computer crimes when it comes to the theft of business and military secrets by those ever altert spies.  Now Britain is on the watch and if Britain is worried then the rest of the world had better get in line.

Here in North America the situation is not much better and I will add here that computer spies have no preference when it comes to taking aim.  Their first preference would undoubtedly be large companies and governments but rest assured that they also love to cause havoc among the smaller businesses and even; yes, among home computer users.  The first step is for everyone to recognize that this situatin exists.  Then to start planning to take care of security.

With the present downturn in our economy you can bet your last dollar that computer spies will be stepping up their activities to break into computer systems.  If you do not believe me, then please read my reference below.  Maybe this will get your attention long enough for you to do something before it is too late.  Please see below.  This reference can help you to get started on the path to maintaining yur computer security.

ImmigrationProf Blog: Immigrants and Social Security

ImmigrationProf Blog: Immigrants and Social Security
By Donna J. Jodhan

As the wave of immigrants to the United States continues to grow, there are four very important points for us to keep uppermost in our minds; the role of  immigrants are directly related to an increase in tax payers, more workers, more consumers, and more home buyers.  The waves of immigrants to America are only going to get bigger with time and this can only mean better days ahead for our economy.

In the case of more tax payers; more revenue for governments, an increase in number of persons who are able to pay taxes, taxes being spread more evenly among us all, and government has more ability to maneuver when it comes to increasing services to the country.  In the case of workers; more persons are available to step into existing and created jobs and this puts more flexibility in the paths of companies, and those wishing to retire early.  Labor shortages can easily be avoided.  In the case of consumers;  many more persons for companies to market to.  More persons available to buy commodities, and the multiplier affect is well on the way.  In the case of more home buyers; immigrants will undoubtedly need to find homes and this will push the demand for home buying upwards.

There are always two sides to every situation and it can easily be said that these four points do indeed make up the positive side.  However, there is naturally a negative side to this picture which could be stated as follows:  If we look at the present economic hard times, we would or could wonder out loud how would we be able to cope with waves of immigrants continuing to step onto our land at a time when jobs are so hard to come by, layoffs are the order of the day, and companies are shutting their doors due to bankruptcies.  In addition, banks are being challenged to keep mortgages afloat and present home buyers are having difficulty meeting their obligations.

I am going to leave you with a very interesting reference to review.  one that paints a realistic picture for the reader.  Please see below.

Japan rethinks silent hybrid cars

Hello there!  I'm Jeff N Marquis at the business desk and on this very fall like weekend, I'd like to give you something very interesting to read.  It's from Japan and focuses on what Japan is thinking these days when it comes to the subject of hybrid cars.
I hope you find it of interest and I wish you a great weekend.

Japan rethinks silent hybrid cars

BBC World News (UK), July 3, 2009

Japan is considering the introduction of noise-making devices for
near-silent hybrid cars following safety fears from vision-impaired
pedestrians.

"Vision-impaired people feel that hybrid vehicles are dangerous", a
transport ministry official told AFP.

The top-selling hybrid vehicles run almost without any sound when they
change from fuel to battery mode.

The ministry of transport has brought together a panel that will draw up a
report by the end of the year. The panel is considering forcing
manufacturers of hybrid cars to introduce a sound-making function that
alerts passersby to the presence of a vehicle.

"Blind people depend on sounds when they walk, but there are no engine
sounds from hybrid vehicles when running at low speed," the transport
ministry official said.

The world's most popular hybrid, the Prius, was launched by Toyota in 1997.

Paul Nolasco, a spokesman for Toyota Motor in Tokyo, told the BBC it had no
immediate plans to add noise-making devices to the hybrid vehicles.

"But if it becomes a social concern, it is something we will have to
address", Mr Nolasco added.

The Ageing Population Presents a New Trend for Investors

The Ageing Population Presents a New Trend for Investors
By Donna J. Jodhan

For those of you who are really serious about building a business that can be long lasting, financially rewarding, personally satisfactory, and recession proof; then I have a suggestion for you.  One that should be taken seriously and one that is very logical and forward thinking.  In short, one that is futuristic.  Here it is:  A business built around the needs and demands of an aging population.  In short, a business that is designed to provide products and services being demanded by  an aging population.

The first thing to consider and keep uppermost in one's mind is this:  An aging population is not going to go away.  An aging population is global and extends way beyond our borders.  The demands and needs of an aging population is only going to grow with time.  The importance and functions of small businesses in this arena are only going to increase because both governments and large companies will be looking to them for assistance and support in order to meet the growing tsunami of demand.

It is not too difficult to come up with ideas for starting a small business that can provide both services and products to an aging population and a small business can be created either as a home based business or as a small establishment.  In addition, this type of business can be thought of as limitless in that consumers can be found both at home as well as abroad.

The Internet can be used to help build one's business and it may not be as difficult as you think.  The first thing to do would be to come up with a sound and logical idea.  Next, do your research.  Then design and develop a business plan to ensure that you have covered all of the important areas and that you have the necessary resources to operate successfully.

I am going to leave you with an excellent resource to research.  one that can lead you directly to some very important resources.  Please see below.

Ten tips to keep your business going in a pandemic | Press ...

Ten tips to keep your business going in a pandemic | Press ...
By Donna J. Jodhan

For the past few months, we have been bombarded on and off by Pandemic news and most experts are saying that come the fall, the Pandemic news may very well once again raise its ugly head.  For all companies, this is definitely going to be a concern but for small businesses this concern will probably be much more.  For make no bones about it:  If ae Pandemic does indeed materialize, companies of all sizes should expect to be hit by massive absenteeism.

How ready and prepared are companies for such a circumstance?  Have they or are they in the process of drawing up plans to deal with this?  Have they or are they making emergency and contingency procedures to deal with such things as short term labor shortages, panic among their employees, emergency absenteeism, short term disability, or workers having a need to work from home in order to take care of loved ones who have been struck down with the flu?  Do they have adequate tele communications in place to deal with all of this?  Adequate medical services for their employees?

Many big companies may indeed be ready and prepared but it's the smaller businesses that may be in big trouble if they do not take the appropriate action.  At the present time, small businesses are doing their level best to cope with the present economic downturn and a Pandemic problem is something that many of them may not be able to cope with if it does indeed materialize.  However, being prepared for such an eventuality could help in many ways.

I am going to leave you with a reference that will provide you with some very important tips for dealing with a Pandemic.  Please see below.

Older workers find less stress in newfound careers

Older workers find less stress in newfound careers
By Donna J. Jodhan

A very healthy trend is developing these days among older workers and it all has to do with finding new jobs that are much stressful.  New careers that are much less stressful and it is all being buoyed by greater turnover in the workplace and aging baby boomers.  In short, greater choices and the ability for older workers to have greater control over which types of careers they can choose.  Just think of it like this!  In former years, older workers used to be forced to make choices from precious little options and why?  Because there were not very many options to choose from when it came to  entering into new careers but with greater turnover in the workplace taking place plus more and more aging baby boomers leaving the office, more and more choices and careers are opening up for older workers.

It sure is much more healthy to have a worker who wants to be at their job because they choose to be there rather than having one who is only there because of necessity.  For older workers, this must be a very welcomed relief because in their earlier days so many of them were forced to take jobs through necessity.  Is this trend going to grow you think?  Definitely so and as the landscape continues to reshape itself due to circumstances beyond our control, older workers can certainly look forward to better days ahead.

The current recession is playing a huge role in reshaping the landscape of our workplace.  In addition, the exit of aging baby boomers is helping to push things along and financial circumstances are also aiding and abetting.  One thing is for sure:  Stress levels among older workers are dropping and in a few short years from now, this present challenging landscape will probably be much different.

I am going to leave you with a very interesting reference to check out.  One that you will probably find insightful and useful.  Please see below.

A Technology Bill of Rights for the Blind

Good morning!  I'm Jeff N Marquis at the business desk and today I have what I would like to call a very thought provoking article to share with you.  And why not?  I mean what's wrong with the suggestions in this article?
Please read on.
I'm Jeff N Marquis wishing you a great first weekend in September.

A Technology Bill of Rights for the Blind
Braille Monitor                                                    April
2009

Purpose: To create a Technology Bill of Rights for the Blind that mandates
consumer electronics, home appliances, and office equipment to provide user
interfaces that are accessible through nonvisual means.

Background: In recent years rapid advances in microchip and digital
technology have led to increasingly complex user interfaces for everyday
products like consumer electronics, home appliances, and office equipment.
Many new devices in these categories require user interaction with visual
displays, on-screen menus, touch screens, and other user interfaces that are
inaccessible to individuals who are blind or have low vision. No longer are
settings on the television, home stereo system, or dishwasher controlled by
knobs, switches, and buttons that can be readily identified and whose
settings can be easily discerned, with or without the addition of tactile
markings by the user. Moreover, the use of inaccessible interfaces on office
equipment such as copiers and fax machines makes these devices unusable by
the blind and therefore a potential threat to a blind person's existing job
or a barrier to obtaining new employment.

This growing threat to the independence and productivity of blind people is
unnecessary since digital devices can function without inaccessible
interfaces. Today text-to-speech technology is inexpensive and more nearly
ubiquitous than it has ever been; it is used in everything from automated
telephone systems to the weather forecasting service broadcast by the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Indeed, a few manufacturers
have incorporated this
technology into their products to create talking menus or to articulate what
is on the display; there is no reason why other manufacturers cannot do so
as well. And text-to-speech technology is not the only mechanism by which
consumer electronics, home appliances, and office equipment can be made
accessible to blind people.

Need for Legislation: Currently there are no enforceable mandates for
manufacturers of consumer electronics, home appliances, or office equipment
to make their devices accessible and no accessibility standards to provide
guidance to manufacturers on how to avoid creating barriers to access by the
blind. Congress should therefore enact a Technology Bill of Rights for the
Blind, which clearly establishes that manufacturers must create accessible
user interfaces
for their products, provide a means for enforcement, and establish standards
that will provide meaningful benchmarks that manufacturers can use to make
their products accessible.

Congress need not mandate a single, one-size-fits-all solution for all
consumer technology. Rather any such legislation should mandate regulations
that set meaningful accessibility standards, while at the same time allowing
manufacturers to select from a menu of potential solutions that, singly or
in combination, will allow blind users to operate the technology easily and
successfully. This will not only give manufacturers the freedom and
flexibility they desire,
but encourage innovations that make consumer technology more usable for
everyone.

Proposed Legislation: Congress should enact a Technology Bill of Rights for
the Blind that:

. Mandates that all consumer electronics, home appliances, and office
equipment be designed so that blind people are able to access the same
functions as sighted people by nonvisual means and with substantially
equivalent ease of use; and
. Creates a commission to establish standards for nonvisual accessibility of
electronic devices intended for use in the home or office. Such a commission
should represent all stakeholders, including organizations of the blind;
manufacturers of consumer electronics, home appliances, and office equipment
or associations representing such manufacturers; and experts on universal
design, electronic engineering, and related fields. This commission should
have
enforcement powers or be housed within a government agency having such
powers (e.g., U.S. Department of Commerce), and should be authorized to
reexamine and rewrite standards periodically, as consumer electronic
technology continues to evolve.

Requested Action: Please support blind Americans by introducing legislation
to create a Technology Bill of Rights for the Blind (or by cosponsoring once
legislation has been introduced) so that blind people will be able to
participate fully in all aspects of American society. Increased access leads
to increased
independence, increased employment, and increased tax revenue.

How Make Money at Home With the Right Design

How Make Money at Home With the Right Design
By Donna J. Jodhan

With more and more persons venturing into their own home based businesses, it is important for them to have a few important tips under their belt before they start out on their new venture.  It is really not enough to start off with a desire to become your own boss.  Nor is it really not enough for you to start a particular home based business because your friends and family have told you that this is the business that will bring you tremendous financial satisfaction.

Before anyone starts out on a home based business venture, they should ensure that they have thoroughly dealt with the following: They are ready to become their own boss.  They have done adequate research about the intended business they are planning to start.  That they have the necessary human and financial resources.  That they have the time needed in order to invest in making their business a success.  That they are skilled in the rudiments of the technology that they will need.  That they can either do most of it for themselves or have ready access to the necessary personnel.

The one thing that so many wood-be home business owners often forget is this:  In designing a sound marketing plan, they neglect to take into account the design and development of an appropriate website and home page that will suitably advertise their presence on the Internet.  Believe it or not, the design and development of a website almost always represents who you are, what you are selling, and advertises your presence on the Internet.

I am going to leave you with a terrific reference to check out.  One that has been written by someone in the know.  Please see below.

Questions You Should Ask People Before a Background Screening ...

Questions You Should Ask People Before a Background Screening ...
By Donna J. Jodhan

One of the most frequen errors made by many companies when they go to hire a new employee, comes when the background screening process takes place and this statement could easily be extended to include governmental departments as well as security services.  Too often, companies sail right into the background screening process with little or no information to work with and why is this?  Because they either did not take the time to ask or they simply do not know what to ask.

The background screening process should really only take place after vital and important information has been gathered from the perspective employee.  Many applicants are very good these days at providing false or hazy information and too many companies are not fully ready or prepared to know how to decipher misinformation.  This is becoming more and more of a troubling concern for companies and experts are saying that some mechanism needs to be developped and put in place as soon as possible to deal with this.

Dishonest applicants are unfortunately becoming more and more the rule of the day and they are becoming more and more skilled at designing and developing false information to fool perspective employers.  We are living in hard times where many applicants are becoming desperate enough to use false information in order to find a job.  In addition, the hacker and cyber pirate are also lurking out there; ready to pounce at any time if given the slightest opportunity.  Their goals are not just to find a job, but to find companies that would become their innocent victims.  Companies that they can infiltrate in order to cause havoc.

I am going to leave you with a really interesting reference to check out.  One that will provide you with some very important processes to follow.  Please see below.
