Educated workers needed to support retirees

As more and more persons start to retire, there is going to be a need for new workers to step up to the plate in order to not just fill the gap, but also to help support retirees. This process is going to be an ongoing one for a very long time and we may as well get used to this.
 
There needs to be special attention paid to the type of worker that will be needed in order to ensure that everything functions as it should.  Workers with appropriate skills and education would be a good starting point.  Workers who are skilled to man the important sectors of our economy.  Workers who are willing and ready to grind it out not just for themselves but for their parents as well and let us not forget the kids.  In essence:  Workers who like the present boomers are willing, able, and committed to play go between so to speak between their parents and their kids.
 
There is absolutely no reason why this cannot be done.  However, as this is the start of a new era, where succeeding generations are going to become sandwich generations just like the present set of baby boomers, we have to ensure that a great start to the process is carried out and accomplished.  I am going to live you with a great reference to check out.  Please read below.
