The aging baby boomer work force is an issue throughout corporate America, and law firms are no exception.

Good day everyone!  I'm Jeff N Marquis at the business desk.
I guess that many of you are keeping abreast of the news when it comes to our aging work force across America.  So many things for us to consider and it can be easily said that the effects of a rapidly aging work force are being felt almost every where.  This is a very important topic for everyone to consider.  For both employers and employees alike and this week I'd like to highlight this topic.  Please read our very important headlines below.
