Taking care of your mental health during a downturn in the economy

Good morning!  I'm Kerry J Harrison at the business desk.
Times are a bit rocky for the U.S economy at the present time but hopefully there are better days to come and they're just around the corner.  There is not much that we can do about many of the factors affecting the present downturn but there is something very important that we can do to help ourselves and each other and that is taking care of our mental health.
In times like these, we need to keep cool heads and protect ourselves and our loved ones from the throws of stress, anxiety, and depression.  For there is nothing more devastating than fighting both the financial woes as well as mental health problems all at the same time.  Please let us help you.  Use our headlines and tidbits below to help you stay above water and swim to safety.
At the business desk, I'm Kerry J Harrison wishing you a pleasant day.
