What you may not know about washing your hands

Hello There!  I'm Matt Chadwick at the business desk and a very happy new year to you all.
I'd like to end this week on a note of some helpful tips for you and with the flu season still very much with us I hope that these are of some help to you.
The health experts are almost all unanimous in their opinion that the frequent washing of hands will help greatly to stop the spread of germs and flu viruses.  However, in a recent ABC news report it was revealed that only 1 in every 10 women wash their hands on a regular basis and one in every four men do the same.  Furthermore, this report stated that the normal soap and water would do quite nicely when it comes to using something to wash your hands and that it is quite as affective and may be even more so than those hand sanitizers.
I am sure that many of our readers are already quite familiar with the benefits of washing one's hands regularly but here are some tips that I found in a recent health magazine.
Wash your hands before and after each meal and before and after you eat anything.
Wash your hands after a visit to the washroom.
Wash them after you take out the garbage.
Wash them after playing with your pet, after feeding your pet, and after cleaning them or tending to them.
Wash your hands every time after handling or touching money.
Wash them after working in the garden.
Get your kids to do the same for all of the instances mentioned above.
Wash your hands each time you handle a book from the library.
Wash them each and every time you enter your house.
It can not be stressed too many times how important it is to keep your hands clean all the time.  Never put your hands on your face if they're dirty.  Do not touch anyone else with dirty hands and if you have to sneeze or cough, put your hands to your mouth before doing so and wash your hands immediately after you have finished coughing or sneezing.
That's it for now.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend.  Before leaving us check out the best seller Untapped Wealth Discovered.  This book can help you to find opportunities that are safe and logical and it will also help you to stay away from those get rich quick schemes with their false promises.
You can order this very affordable book from this website, from, or from any leading bookstore near you.
